Private Group sessions for employees or other groups
Since 2020, I’ve moved deeper into offering more meditation practices such as iRest meditation and sound healing. I like to offer these practices in unique settings outside of a typical yoga studio so the practice becomes more accessible to those that may feel intimidated or less comfortable in a formal yoga studio setting. If you’re a small business or corporation and would like to offer your employees an experience of sound healing, yin yoga or meditation or a combination of these, please reach out to Marie, 231.206.1133 or echomre@gmail.com.

Cancellation and Late Policy

You may cancel or change your appointment time up to 24 hours in advance of your treatment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you'll be asked to pay in full. If you fail to show up for your treatment, the full charge will apply. Treatment time is not extended for late arrivals; if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time, without notice, your appointment is automatically cancelled and the full charge is applied. If you show up past your scheduled time, your appointment may end at your original scheduled end time.

FSA & HSA

Remember that Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts may be used for massage therapy. To see if you are able to deduct massage therapy from these accounts, contact your physician and employer for more information and a prescription for treatment.
