What to Bring
Dress comfortably and bring whatever helps you feel fully supported. A yoga mat, thick blanket, or cushioned pad is recommended, along with a pillow for your head and knees.. Marie highly recommends bringing extra cushy materials such as blankets, a mat (pilates, yoga or camping) for maximum comfort. Eye pillows, sleep masks or something to cover your eyes to fully immerse yourself in the experience are welcome but optional. Anti-gravity chairs work wonderfully and standard chairs are available upon request.
