Available classes

Holy Fire® III Reiki 1 & 2

This online or in-person course will enable you to provide higher healing energy whether you use it for your own healing, giving treatments to friends, family, pets, incorporating elements of Holy Fire Reiki 3 within your profession, or even expand to the community as a volunteer or in a private practice.
Prerequisite:  None. There is no background nor skills required to take this course. Investment: $375.00. 
**Investment for class is due one week or more before the day of class unless other arrangements are made.
Certification:  Certificate in Usui Shiki Ryoho/ Holy Fire Reiki III Reiki I & II as a Holy Fire Reiki III Practitioner
*If space allows, previous Holy Fire® Reiki students of mine are welcome to attend. Investment: $99. I allow a previous student to float in and out of the schedule as they need to since they are already certified. A new manual is not included for the returning student unless requested and then it’s an additional fee.

What to expect to learn in the class
You will be introduced to the history of traditional Usui Reiki, Holy Fire Reiki, gain a general understanding of chakras, learn Reiki for self-treatment, treatment on others. You will receive the Reiki symbols which will enable you to: increase the power of your healing energy, send energy to balance emotions and help heal relationships and send Reiki distantly to another person. The many uses of Reiki in your every day life will be discussed.

Reiki I & II are taught together. All the information and techniques for both levels are covered including:

• The Reiki hand positions

• Trained in giving a complete Reiki treatment for self and others

• Japanese Reiki Techniques, as taught by Dr. Usui including: Gassho meditation, Reiji-ho - developing your intuition, Byosen Scanning - detecting where Reiki is needed, Gyoshi ho - sending Reiki with the eyes, Kenyoku - dry bathing or clearing ones energy field

• Meditation

• The Reiki II symbols, how to use them with practice time

• Using Reiki to heal unwanted habits

• Distant healing

• Holy Fire manual

• Class certificate

Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master

The Master training combines the complete Usui/Holy Fire® III Master training into a 3-day class which is usually taught during a 3-day weekend or otherwise during the week. Approx. 27 hrs. World Peace Reiki
This class makes use of World Peace Reiki energy which has all the qualities of the Holy Fire III energy and includes a higher vibration that actively creates feelings of peace within each student. Also included in this class is the Empowered by the River of Peace Experience and the World Peace Ignition which establishes and strengthens the World Peace Reiki energy and empowers one to actively manifest peace in the world. This type of peace is similar to the peace Usui Sensei received on Mt. Kurama when he was given the gift of Reiki.  The World Peace Ignition also empowers each student to teach the World Peace version of this class to others. To qualify to take this class, a student must have taken Reiki I&II and practiced Reiki II for at least six months. Also, a student must be able to draw the three symbols from Reiki II from memory. Learn more about World Peace Reiki.

In the process of learning the healing techniques, Experiences, Placements and Ignitions (Note: Placements and Ignitions provide the same benefit as attunements) and taking part in the guided meditations (Experiences), each student will receive many healing experiences.

Reiki III/Master

• The Usui Master symbol which increases the effectiveness of the Reiki II symbols and can be used for healing.

• The Empowered by the River of Peace Experience.

• The Usui/Holy Fire® III Master Placement (attunement) which increases the strength of your Reiki energy and empowers the Usui Master symbol.

• Practice using the Usui master symbol for treatments.

• The Holy Fire® symbol is given for a total of five symbols for the entire system.

• Four Ignitions (attunements) including the World Peace Ignition.

• How to make a Reiki crystal grid that will continue to send Reiki to yourself and others after it is charged.

• The Ocean of Holy Love Experience.

• Hands-on practice using the Holy Fire® symbol during Reiki sessions.

• Instruction on how to give Reiki Placements for Reiki I&II, ART and how to conduct the Healing in the River of Peace Experience and the four Ignitions for Reiki Master including the World Peace Ignition.

• The Holy Fire® Healing Experience that can be given to anyone and directs the powerful Holy Fire® energies to heal.

• How to give yourself Experiences, Placements and Ignitions.

• The values and spiritual orientation of a true Reiki Master.

• How to teach including going over the class outlines as well as how to develop and promote your Reiki business.

iRest® private or group sessions

iRest is a meditation practice based on the ancient tradition of Yoga Nidra and adapted to suit the conditions of modern life. When practiced regularly - a little and often - iRest enables you to meet each moment of your life with unshakable peace and wellbeing, no matter how challenging or difficult your situation. iRest can be practiced by anyone, regardless of physical ability or experience with meditation. Once learned, iRest becomes a set of tools for life. iRest co-meditation dyads are a powerful and effective way to dive into your essential nature of Being and well-being.

iRest 6-8 week course

The course will explore the 10 step iRest® protocol. Each week we will learn different aspects of the protocol which will include breathwork, time for discussion and a 30-40 minute meditation. Each student will be given access to an iRest® recording for their home practice and written material.

iRest®is a contemporary, evidenced based form of mindful meditation. This contemplative practice promotes experiences of relaxation, well-being, self-inquiry and heightened awareness.  It has been used in a variety of settings and has been shown to be effective in helping reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain, PTSD and sleep disturbances.

Akashic Records I class

The Akashic records are like the DNA of the universe. They are the soul's journey over time, so every thought, word, and deed is registered in the Akashic records. Each soul/entity has its own Akashic record, and there are collective records of all souls or all journeys.

By opening the Akashic Records with a Sacred Prayer, we align ourselves to the vibration of the one receiving the consultation (either ourselves or another). The Prayer works with energetic vibration to "key in" to the specific "name" of the life form, and carries with it God's protection through the Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones.

The information in the Akashic Records helps us bring our past, present and future in to the "now". By accessing the Akashic records, we can identify and release anything that we have created, that has become a block to our present realization of our oneness with our Source Energy. In the Level I session you learn to open the Akashic Records for your own personal record.

Akashic Records II class

Pre-requisite: Akashic Records 1

During this class you will team up with others and practice opening the Akashic Records for each other. You will have the opportunity to have your Records read and in the process validate your own answers. We will join together and learn how to open the records for other people, businesses and ourselves. You learn to consult another person’s Akashic Records through the Sacred Prayer with permission.

This class develops the skill of accessing and holding the energetic key that opens the flow of wisdom from another’s soul. You work with others to express the information received through this powerful, yet subtle form of spiritual insight.  The wealth of knowledge brings heartfelt love and understanding, whether giving or receiving the consultation.

Chakra Workshop

Join Marie for an exploration through the seven physical energy centers or chakras of the body. In this workshop, we introduce each of the seven energy centers. The chakras can give us a deeper understanding of not only ourselves, but the people and world around us. Let’s gather together as we journey to reach our greatest and highest potential while gaining a more in-depth understanding of body, mind and spirit. Come and explore!

The 3 hour immersive workshop will focus on the main 7 energy centers and will include aromatherapy, crystal singing bowls, oracle cards, pranayama (breathwork), meditation and other activities to help learn about each of the centers.

Chakra Series

Join me for a session of exploration through the seven physical energy centers or Chakras of the body. This class can be adapted as a workshop or 6-8 week series, we address each of the seven chakras in more detail. The chakras can give us a deeper understanding of not only ourselves, but the people and world around us. Let’s gather together as we journey to reach our greatest and highest potential while gaining a more in-depth understanding of body, mind and spirit. Come and explore!

The class or series will focus on the chakra which will include guided imagery, pranayama (breath work), meditation and other activities to help learn about and balance the chakras. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available for Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Instructors.
