Join Marie for an afternoon of exploration through the seven physical energy centers or chakras of the body. In this workshop, we introduce each of the seven energy centers. The chakras can give us a deeper understanding of not only ourselves, but the people and world around us. Let’s gather together as we journey to reach our greatest and highest potential while gaining a more in-depth understanding of body, mind and spirit. Come and explore!

The 3 hour immersive workshop will focus on the main 7 energy centers and will include aromatherapy, crystal singing bowls, oracle cards, pranayama (breathwork), meditation and other activities to help learn about each of the centers.
