The Sound Journey with meditation is 75 minutes immersed in sounds from various instruments, along with a guided iRest® Yoga Nidra meditation led by Marie of Echo Fusion Healing Arts.

Time spent tapping into rest and ease which allows you to pause for self-reflection. A sound journey helps clear the energetic and physical body while bringing harmony and resilience to your system. Allow yourself to be transported with the sacred sounds used throughout the ages to create vibrational tones specifically crafted for healing. These elements are richly woven into a meditation experience designed to restore balance.

What to Bring: An open mind along with plenty of supports such as a yoga mat, couple of blankets and two pillows (bolsters) and an eye cover. You'll be laying on the floor so the more props, the better! Also, a journal to write down your experience afterwards. A chair can be provided.
